Dental Procedure Costs and Financing at Rahbar Dentistry PC in San Francisco

We feel that the cost of a dental procedure should not stand in the way of improving your smile. Rahbar Dentistry PC accepts many insurance plans, all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. We also accept dental financing through no interest payment plans through a third party, such as CitiBank.

For new patients, you must pay for your treatment at the time of your first visit. This is so we can verify your accounting and insurance information. For established patients, all fees less than $300 are due at the time of service. Fees over $300 are eligible for several payment options. Insurance
Rahbar Dentistry PC accepts all PPO dental insurance plans. We do not accept any HMO plans as we would not be able to offer you the same high quality care with the compensation that these plans provide. For those without insurance, we recommend that you subscribe to an individual plan that provides you with a lower fee schedule. Our office is in-network with the following individual plans:

• First Dental Health
• Unicare 100
• Dental Care Advantage

We will process your paperwork and bill your insurance company on your behalf. Since the insurance contract is between you and your insurance carrier, it is your responsibility to verify coverage of your treatments before your appointment. Insurance fees can change, so it’s important to know what your insurance plan will cover and what you are expected to contribute out of pocket. You are responsible for payment of services rendered. Should your insurance provider not pay for services within 90 days, we have the right to seek payment from you. In this situation, it is your responsibility to pay for the services and seek compensation from your insurance provider. Please contact our office and give us your insurance group number and employer name and we will gladly give you the specific breakdown of your coverage within 24 hours.

No-interest Payment Plans
Rahbar Dentistry PC accepts payment from third party providers to ease the financial burden on patients. Contact the appropriate provider for more information. The following programs are available if you qualify:

Citi® Health Card
The Citi® Health Card is a flexible option in dental financing. Benefits include low monthly payments, no down payment, and no pre-payment penalties. The Citi® Health Card can be used on treatments not covered by your insurance plan, allowing you to receive the treatment you need without the dental procedure costs acting as a hurdle to your oral health.
